Have a button on the order details page to quickly duplicate an order. You should also be able to edit any details in the order

Once you complete the 'copy order' process, how long does it take for the order to move from 'AWAITING CONFIRMATION' to 'PROCESSED'? Sometimes it takes too long and feels like it is stuck in 'AWAITING CONFIRMATION' with no further activity.
